Furthermore, the owner selected more brownish tones for the room design so it does create a darker feel to the ambiance. As for the rooms, you are correct that our suites in building two are built with smaller bathroom because the designer created more space for the bedroom and sitting area. I am glad you were able to be productive while take advantage of our beautiful location. There is nothing like having a cocktail in our hand, sitting next to the fire pit, watching sunset while return an email or two. Second, the outdoor patio is definitely the best part of our lobby layout. It is our goal to deliver excellent service to each and everyone of our guests. As for the pool cushions, they are currently on order. The reason my housekeepers use broom to clean the floors is that we found the brooms to be more effective Of course I will share all these feedback with my housekeeping team to ensure we properly clean each room each day for all of our guests. Did you find these items upon check in or was it during your stay? I am baffled at the coffee grinds you found in your coffee maker because we have recently upgraded our coffee machines to single cup usage where the coffee comes in a sealed cup. I am ashamed to hear there are so many things not cleaned properly in your room. Please accept my sincere apology for not delivering the quality of service and the amenities to your standard.
